Mandeville Party Company is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

SHIPPING - If we have the product in-stock, we always try to ship orders out each business day by 4:00p.m. Most order ship within 1-3 buisiness days. If we are currently out of the product, we will contact the customer with an estimated time of delivery and/or issue a refund. These shipping terms vary for custom orders. You will find specifics on the custom item/product page you are ordering.

RETURNS - We hope to provide detailed product information so you can make an informed decision. In the event that you are not satisfied with the product, here are some helpful tips:

1.      If the product is damaged due to a damaged shipping box, please take a picture of the damaged box and the damaged product and email the pictures to usPlease notify us within twenty-four (24) hours. We will refund your purchase or replace your order.

2.      If you would like to return the product for a refund or exchange, please email us within twenty-four (24) hours. Place the item(s) in the original box with the receipt/invoice and mail to Mandeville Party Company, 2200 N. Causeway Blvd, Mandeville, LA  70471. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you. Once we receive the merchandise, we will send a replacement or submit for a refund.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on any personalized, monogrammed or custom orders, if the product was ordered incorrectly. However, we will gladly work with you to get you what you need, so please do not hesistate to contact us.
